The name of the company was changed to “Panther Industrial Products Limited” on 19th December, 1997 and accordingly registered office was changed to First Floor, Radha Bhuvan, 121, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 023.
The Equity Shares of company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited , Mumbai (“BSE”).
